MiZo Coffee Co. 425 Sigman Rd. NW., #108 Conyers, GA 30012 MiZo Coffee Co. We visited an historic part of Conyers, GA called Olde Town Conyers . John's a huge fan of In Heat of the Night and Bea loves The Originals. Not to mention all of the other films and TV shows that were filmed there. Both of us spent most of the morning touring around the city and stopping for a bite to eat at the Celtic Tavern . Another restaurant that is a must stop on your journey.  After lunch we headed to a coffee location that was on our list. The Java Highway led us to a newer location in Conyers called MiZo Coffee Co. Let us start by saying that the vibe you get from walking through their doors is one of the most positive and uplifting feelings.  The girl that took our order was so helpful in helping us make our choices. Bea had an iced banana bread in a cup latte with oatmilk, and John had an iced white chocolate raspberry latte. One word...Delicious! We had timed our arrival perfectly as Marlessia Y

Lily & Sparrow Mercantile 1177 Reynolds St SW Covington, GA 30014 Lily & Sparrow Mercantile Located in the, ever so, entertaining city of Covington, Georgia. Not only is Covington the home of many film productions, but it's the new home of Lily & Sparrow Mercantile. Before our journey began, we researched several locations in Georgia and this was one of the coffee shops that we wanted to stop at. We were quite impressed with their mission and how they included the community around them. Their menu is limited, but what they have will give you the coffee fix you desire. Bea decided that an hot Honey and Lavender Latte was in order. When you took your first sip you were met with the sweetness from the honey with a lovely lavender taste to end it. The lavender was not overpowering, the barista made this drink perfectly. John decided that he was going to divulge in an iced Aero Cola Latte. This was something we were not used too and it peaked both of our interests. After tak

Bitty & Beau's Coffee 1540 S. Lumpkin St. Ste. 3 Athens, GA 30605 Bitty & Beau's Coffee The Java Highway led us down South to the wonderful state of Georgia. On the way to out destination of Covington, we made a short stop in Athens, Georgia at a place called Bitty & Beau's Coffee.  Read their story here . We have a soft spot in our hearts for those that give the differently abled a chance to make a difference in the world. So with that being said a stop here was a must.  Our first impression when we walked in was that it was quite organized. Merchandise was put where you could see it. The counter was front and center of the coffee shop. We had an eager employee waiting to make our order.  There are a few things that we feel we need to add. First, this is a cashless location. They explained why they have it cashless and we were more than okay with it. Secondly, we are aware that they have many locations, but felt that it had a more commercialized feel to it. If
