  Shale Craft Coffee 1160 South Main Street North Canton, OH 44720 Shale Craft Coffee At least once a year we take a trip out to Amish Country. Only this day was a little different. We decided that on our way out we would stop in North Canton to grab a cup of coffee and check out a new coffee location. After much debate we decided on Shale Craft Coffee.  We must add that the parking is scarce and you need to pay attention to the businesses surrounding the coffee shop. They have signs up stating no parking for anyone other than their particular customers. Just when we were ready to give up we found a large parking lot across the way. There was nothing stating that we couldn't park there so that was a plus.  This was a very busy location for a Saturday morning. We introduced ourselves and asked many questions.
