Coffee Brake

111 E. Main Street
Evans City, PA 16033

After our visit in Butler, PA we thought it would be really cool if we took a little detour to Evans City. If you're a movie fan and love zombies then you know why we had to go there. If you don't know then I will tell you...The ORIGINAL Night of the Living Dead was filmed there.

If you're not paying attention you will pass right by it. Once you pull in the drive please know that parking is limited. This is a busy location and it helps if you know what you want before reaching the counter. By the time we left most of the people had left so we had a little more room.

We were one of those people that didn't know what to order. The cashier took her time with us and helped us order. We both settled on a Banana Latte and a cup of their house blend. Our stomachs were grumbling from hunger so we ordered an Egg and Cheese Croissant and a Bacon and Cheese Croissant.

They have two different locations, Evans City and Cranberry Twp., PA. Not only do they offer coffee and breakfast sandwiches, but they have baked goods and other items you can purchase.

The Evans City Cemetery from Night of the Living Dead is about 5-10 minutes from this location.
