Bent Tree Coffee Roasters

This past Saturday we made a stop in to Bent Tree Coffee Roasters in Kent, Ohio. Locals stores in the area are known to carry their products. One of the products often seen is their Snapchill coffee.

"What is Snapchill? The Snapchill process involves hot brewing coffee to develop the best possible flavor and instantly chilling it to 38* to prevent oxidation. The coffee is then immediately canned to preserve nuanced flavors." ~Bent Tree Coffee Roasters

Last week, we had the opportunity to try a can of the Black Squirrel Blend and the Ethiopia Lalissa. Both are worth a try, but we preferred the Black Squirrel Blend.

This busy location has very limited space. There is plenty of parking in the front and on the street. We need to add that it's biker friendly. The menu is limited, and the staff is knowledgeable of their product. Bent Tree Coffee Roasters roast their own coffee.

Bea ordered a hot coffee with maple added to it. The coffee was okay and not something that would be ordered again. John ordered a hot honey latte. He thought it was good. We added a small hot coffee of their house blend. It was enjoyable until you got down to the last few sips, when it became bitter.

They do have a selection of items that you can order if you're hungry or just want a quick snack. They also have a few items for sale with their logo on them.
