Saturday morning we got ourselves up, got dressed and made our way into Warren, Ohio to visit a coffee shop, per two recommendations. The location we stopped at this past weekend was right in the heart of Warren. Nova Coffee Co. is located in the square. We were fortunate to find a parking spot close to the shop. During the work week we could imagine how difficult it might be to find any kind of parking. We didn't see any public parking locations, not to say there isn't any. The parking spots can accommodate motorcycle parking. 



First, walking into the coffee shop we were met with a crowd of people. This is a busy location with limited seating. There was no place for us to sit, so we decided with it being a gorgeous day that we would take a walk around the square. It gave us a good view of the center of town. 


Since both of us had never been there we were able to speak with an employee. She was able to give us some insight on what their signature drinks were. Bea and John, both, ordered an iced Honey Lavender Latte. The results are in and both of us are happy to report that it was pretty good. Not overly sweet and if you've been following our blog you know that is one thing we rate signature drinks on. We don't want to feel sick after our drinks. One thing that needs to be added is that the lavender is prominent over the honey. The combination worked. A small house blend coffee was added to our order. The first sip was good, but near the bottom it became quite bitter. They did share with us that they use Branch Street Coffee Roasters for their distributor.  

Nova Coffee Co. has a nice variety of merchandise and food items. They have a little something for everyone.
