Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters 

While out running errands we decided that coffee was calling our names. We were a bit away from our usual coffee location, so social media came to our rescue. We looked up coffee shops in the area. It told us the usual spots that were of no interest to us. But one caught our attention, and it was right around the corner from where we were. Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters was on our radar. Immediately, we put the address in our Google Maps and it took us right to the location. 

It is a bit hidden, but have patience to look for it. You won't be disappointed. We were told that they are working on getting their name on the sign display. Also, don't fret as they have plenty of parking. 

Since this was our first time there they helped us pick out the perfect drink. We did learn that they process their beans a certain way, they air roast their coffee beans. They do have a selection of coffee, tea, and some baked goods for purchase. This would be an ideal location to come and just drink some coffee and read. The vibe is cozy!





You're probably wondering what we ordered. Well...Bea ordered a hot Humblebee Latte and John ordered a Blackberry Bliss Latte. Our drinks were superb! John wanted to get a small bite with his house blend coffee so he ordered some of their Dunkers (Espresso Biscotti Dippers). Catherine St. John is the baker that is used for the Dippers. Her product is produced in a Micro Bakery following the Ohio Cottage Bakery Laws. 





We spent a little time speaking and sharing stories with the owner and her son. If you get a chance to stop in please take a few moments and ask them to share the story of how Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters came to be. One story in particular that warmed our hearts is how they came up with their one blend, the Zoe & Friends Blend. 

We cannot wait to see what creations they come up with next. We had to share our love for chicory and a little about it. 

NOTE: More coffee shops need to bring chicory to their locations. Those of us that love chicory will thank you. 

On our way out we noticed another latte that grabbed our attention. The PB&J Latte. Well wouldn't you know that we ordered one of those as well...PB&J in liquid form!

Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop 888 Youngstown Kingsville Rd. Vienna, OH 44473 Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop We stumbled upon the Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop while scrolling through Facebook. Upon viewing what they had to offer we knew that a trip to Vienna was in order.  Saturday morning we arose from our coffee craving slumber. Got ready, piled into the car and made our way to get some coffee. We traveled about 30-45 minutes to get there. My father used to joke with us that we would drive 100 miles, one way, to get a cup of coffee. If he could see us now.
