Traveler's Coffee Company

Through social media we found out about Traveler's Coffee Company. With much determination both of our schedules aligned and we were able to travel out to a location they were set up. It was about an hour drive to get to where they were set up. Pulling into the parking lot there weren't a lot of people. We do need to add that they have a mobile coffee shop that travels to different locations. Recently, they did settle in a more permanent location with the option to travel, if need be. So make sure you always check their Facebook for the most up to date information.

We've never visited a pop-up location, but we were quite impressed with their set up. Randi, assistant barista, was so nice and helpful. She gave us a moment to look everything over and ask questions. Bea decided that she would get a hot Maple Brown Sugar Latte and John went right for the Lavender Card Latte. As always, we ordered a small regular house blend coffee. They use coffee and baked goods from Beaver Falls Coffee & Tea from Beaver Falls, PA. Thad, who is the head barista, made our drinks perfectly. One thing we noticed was that the drinks were not overly sweet and you could taste the flavors one by one.

We were able to spend some time and talk with Randi and Thad about their business and ideas that they wanted to achieve. We were then given the honor to take a peek inside and their operation. You could tell that they have put their heart and soul into making dreams come true.

If you want a good, solid cup of coffee then do yourself a favor and find Traveler's Coffee Company and indulge. They don't have a big menu and that was a plus for us. Too many options can cause confusion and overwhelm a customer. When you have a good product you don't need a lot of options. Always remember that more does not mean better.

On an off note, while on location we wandered into Wells Nursery. Putting Bea in a nursery could be very dangerous. The girl loves her flowers and plants. You can almost bet that she walked out with one. Please meet Paulie the Pickle Plant! Since we have visited, Paulie is doing well and thriving.
