Heading into Michigan we knew that our first stop on the Java Highway had to be at a location in Wayne, MI called Karma Coffee & Kitchen. It was pretty easy to find. 

Walking through the doors you saw there was plenty of seating to accommodate quite a few people. We were so excited to try Karma Coffee & Kitchen. Since we had been traveling we weren't only going for coffee but needed to grab a bite to eat before heading to Ann Arbor. MI. 

We took a few minutes to look everything over on the menu before making our selection. Bea knew what she wanted right away, so she settled on an iced Maple Latte. There is something about maple that is so refreshing. To go along with her latte she ordered an Meddie Veggie Wrap (Provolone, Vegetables sauteed in Italian, Tomatoes and Cucumbers). Very tasty wrap and quite filling. The iced Maple Latte was good and not overly sweet. 



John was left undecided, so he had the owner make a surprise drink for him. The combination she delivered was a White Chocolate Caramel Frappe. It was so good and hit the spot on an especially hot day in Michigan. To eat, he went with the Chicken Bacon Wrap (Fried Chicken, Cheddar, Bacon, Ranch, Cucumber, Lettuce and Tomato). He states that this wrap was amazing.



A cup of house blend coffee was added like most of the places we visit. It was a decent cup of coffee with no bitterness or burnt taste. 


One thing we noticed is that interesting decorations they had placed around the shop. Quite intriguing and definitely worth a visit.

Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop 888 Youngstown Kingsville Rd. Vienna, OH 44473 Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop We stumbled upon the Twisted Peacock Coffee Shop while scrolling through Facebook. Upon viewing what they had to offer we knew that a trip to Vienna was in order.  Saturday morning we arose from our coffee craving slumber. Got ready, piled into the car and made our way to get some coffee. We traveled about 30-45 minutes to get there. My father used to joke with us that we would drive 100 miles, one way, to get a cup of coffee. If he could see us now.
