Traveler's Coffee Company

Image
Traveler's Coffee Company Through social media we found out about Traveler's Coffee Company. With much determination both of our schedules aligned and we were able to travel out to a location they were set up. It was about an hour drive to get to where they were set up. Pulling into the parking lot there weren't a lot of people. We do need to add that they have a mobile coffee shop that travels to different locations. Recently, they did settle in a more permanent location with the option to travel, if need be. So make sure you always check their Facebook for the most up to date information.  We've never visited a pop-up location, but we were quite impressed with their set up. Randi, assistant barista, was so nice and helpful. She gave us a moment to look everything over and ask questions. Bea decided that she would get a hot Maple Brown Sugar Latte and John went right for the Lavender Card Latte. As always, we ordered a small regular house blend coffee. They use coffe...

Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters

Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters 3759 Fishcreek Rd. Stow, Ohio 44224 Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters  While out running errands we decided that coffee was calling our names. We were a bit away from our usual coffee location, so social media came to our rescue. We looked up coffee shops in the area. It told us the usual spots that were of no interest to us. But one caught our attention, and it was right around the corner from where we were. Rowdy Beans Coffee Roasters was on our radar. Immediately, we put the address in our Google Maps and it took us right to the location.  It is a bit hidden, but have patience to look for it. You won't be disappointed. We were told that they are working on getting their name on the sign display. Also, don't fret as they have plenty of parking.  Since this was our first time there they helped us pick out the perfect drink. We did learn that they process their beans a certain way, they air roast their coffee beans. They do have a selection of coffee...

Coffee Brake

111 E. Main Street Evans City, PA 16033 Coffee Brake After our visit in Butler, PA we thought it would be really cool if we took a little detour to Evans City. If you're a movie fan and love zombies then you know why we had to go there. If you don't know then I will tell you...The ORIGINAL Night of the Living Dead was filmed there. If you're not paying attention you will pass right by it. Once you pull in the drive please know that parking is limited. This is a busy location and it helps if you know what you want before reaching the counter. By the time we left most of the people had left so we had a little more room. We were one of those people that didn't know what to order. The cashier took her time with us and helped us order. We both settled on a Banana Latte and a cup of their house blend. Our stomachs were grumbling from hunger so we ordered an Egg and Cheese Croissant and a Bacon and Cheese Croissant.  They have two different locations, Evans City and Cranberry ...

Cummings Coffee & Candy

Cummings Coffee & Candy 146 N. Main Street Butler, PA 16001 Cummings Coffee & Candy   We get several messages from people that want us to check out their favorite coffee spots. After making a list and checking it twice, we decided that one place was recommended several times. The place we're talking about is Cummings Coffee & Candy in Butler, PA.  Driving into Butler gave us that warm, small town feeling. It, actually, has a few more people than where we live. After driving around a bit, trying to find a parking space we were able to get parked and start our adventure. Walking through the doors takes you back in time. Cummings Candy & Coffee has a total of four locations. We wanted to visit the original shop.  For a location that was established back in 1905, they've come a long way with keeping the dream alive. A little known fact is that they're "the oldest family run business in Butler." We enjoyed our visit so much that we cannot wait to return...
